We also have a cool and cosy rustic bothy. All have comfortable beds. Study area and wifi. There are cooking facilities in every option and learners can use the grounds of the farm for R&R, with fire pits and BBQ's dotted about for leisure times.
There is no need for gyms here. The gym is on your doorstep with miles of hiking, biking, running and MTB trails. We also offer personal trainer fitness classes on the lawn in the evening for courses with durations of a week plus.
We are only a few miles from two thriving towns that have ample accommodation if we don't have any rooms available. The Soteria Risk Training office will provide you with a list of suitable hotels and B&B's in the area upon request.
Accommodation is on a first come first served basis so please get in touch for information or to book with us.
Muiryhill Farm was owned by the Queensberry Estate and Drumlanrig Castle, the seat of the Duke of Buccleach.
The house was built during the 1790's. It has been a working dairy farm and more recently home to the Head Gamekeeper & the retired Factor for the estate when extensive renovations took place during the 90s.
Muiryhill Farm is set in the parish of Durisdeer, home to the Queensberry Marbles, the tombs of bygone Dukes and is one of the prettiest hamlets in Scotland. The house was sold in 2017 & came into our sole ownership. Muiryhill House has been renovated to create comfortable accommodation whilst the farm and grounds have become the ideal base camp for our vital medical and security training teams.
