Overview

5-DAY ADVANCED HEAT - Hostile Environment Awareness Training

For those working in High Risk Areas

Our most advanced HEAT course is for those working in areas destabilised by war, imminent terrorism threat and civil unrest where the threat level is categorised as extremely high.

We guide learners through a rigorous 5-day programme, where training starts the minute participants arrive at our private rural training centre.  Thet enter into an area of unstability and unrest.

"Maps out - risk assessment began and planning was underway to get aid to stranded volunteers through a succession of challenges.  The scenarios were fast paced, we were well prepared by our trainers - of which there were many. The scenarios were so well executed. This is training on another level. I would highly recommend Soteria Risk Training". Kia, NGO 2022.

Through planning, risk assessment, navigation and SOPs learners work their way through a series of hyper-realistic scenarios designed to test the risk assessment practice and theory modules thoroughly.

Our highly skilled trainers, encourage and empower cohorts to develop rational, decisive decision making and work on self-confidence when faced with adversity.

HEAT training improves mission efficiency, risk analysis, operational planning and team security measures and safety.

All of our courses are based on the UN model and ENTRI model.

Our Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) course is a bespoke course designed for those working in the world's most challenging environments.
